Common questions

What happens if I hit the rate limit?

Requests return a 429 status with a Retry-After header. No data is lost — just wait and retry.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you're billed the prorated difference. When downgrading, credit is applied to your next invoice.

Do all plans include every solver engine?

Yes. CP-SAT, SCIP, and Z3 are available on every tier, including Demo. Auto-routing selects the best engine for each problem.

Is there an annual discount?

Not yet. We're keeping pricing simple while the product is young. Annual plans are on the roadmap.
